Immigration to Canada

Our main area of practice is immigration law. As part of this, our legal team provides complete services for all immigration processes in Canada. We handle, without being limited:

  • Applications for temporary residence (tourist visa, study permit, work permit, etc.);
  • Applications for permanent residence (sponsorships, humanitarian applications, skilled worker programs, etc.);
  • Citizenship applications (or contestation of revocation of citizenship);
  • Refugee claims and pre-removal risk assessment applications;
  • Requests for suspension of removal;
  • Requests for extradition to and from Canada;
  • Requests for rehabilitation for persons who are inadmissible to Canada;
    We also have many years of experience as litigants before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), both in first instance (RPD and IS) and on appeals (RAD and IAD) and before the Federal Court.

  • Immigration to Turks and Caicos

    The investment and permanent residency program to the Turks and Caicos Islands, a British colony, allows citizens of the world to obtain permanent residency from Turks and Caicos, British citizenship as well as British passports. We offer legal support during the immigration, and investment process. The permanent residency in Turks and Caicos facilitates the travels of businessmen over a hundred of countries across the globe. By investing in Turks and Caicos, you also ensure a stable source of income.

    Penal and Criminal Law

    Our attorneys also practice in Canadian penal and criminal law, representing clients nationally and internationally.
    The right to counsel is a constitutional right and we ensure that anyone charged with an offence has access to quality legal services and advice.
    Our services include legal representation for all criminal acts and charges in Canada or abroad, both for Canadian citizens and foreign nationals.
    We also provide services regarding all consequences of criminal acts on non-Canadians and assistance for Canadians detained outside of Canada.
    Finally, we can help you with your record suspension requests.
